Zeldor - I have an automated system thingy that can automate the PBEM for you. Take a look at
www.llamaserver.net and poke around. Basically it checks its e-mail every five minutes, accepts any turns it receives (and sends a receipt e-mail), and hosts turns and sends out the trn files when everyone's turn is in (or after a certain amount of time). You'd be very welcome indeed to use it.
I was actually about to organise a newbie PBEM myself, so I'm pleased you've beaten me to it!
