Re: Training facilities - and the AIs
Take a look at the Psychic Training Facilities, they are working for the whole system.
And you can mod the AI(s) to build every Facility you want, but other than the psychic one I would not recommend to build the other facilities unless you have not modded them. And you are right, the impact is immense.
