You should know what name you give. But pretenders for the same age/nation are named like mid_mictlan_0.2h then _1.2h _2.2h and so on.
You can create a pretender if you play by network, I think. But with PBEM game exists only [well, almost] on hosting server. And he needs all pretenders to create the game.
