Thanks! Now that I look, I see Yad Yith is Insane(11), and it's year 3.
I turn my scout into a prophet instead ... he's the only 'real' prophet that generates dom spread, but at maximum insanity, I get a couple more additional insane (50+) prophets every year. They might even do what I ask them to every once in a while
