With the pinned/retreat/withdraw issue I believe the line of thought is that take cover is drop into the nearest ditch, hole, or duck behind a rock.
Retreat is one stage short of run for your life whereas an orderly withdrawal is more well organised. (In theory).
It would be a nice feature but as PB says; unlikely and I'm sure as hell not competent to programme it.
