Heya Zeldor! The mod is on page 9, there is a post by Ich with an attachment on it.
You have to use Dom version 3.08, I renamed the executable as dom308, then put it in the same folder as the updated dom3.
Here is the link I use to log on to the game:
"C:\Program Files\dominions3\dom308.exe" -fawcd --tcpclient --ipadr valhalla.techno-mage.com --port 4573
