weapons 037 and 038 - i wish to learn - why accuracy 6?
Well - you could wait around here till whoever the original OOB designer was turns up and can answer your query directly.

But as to expecting us to recall why some long-departed OOB designer added left-handed unobtanium widgets to the Ruritanian paratroopers field canteens in an OOB likely edited 5 years ago and never touched since, unless the OOB designer produced a line by line, blow by blow text file to accompany his thinking about his magnum opus, we know as much as you do. (Should such a design document exist, it would be provided in the OOB folder for end users to browse - and well, no such exist).

So accuracy 6 for some obscure weapons in a minor nation OOB - well, why not?. It is not far off any other randomly selected weapon of that type (Try e.g Italian 80mm Folgore, weapon #160 in OOB #34, 57 and 75mm RCL etc). Unless you have some data that can prove the original designer wrong?.

The ATGM jeep seems to be a cut and paste of some other jeep with missile or RCL mounting, and the designer has not eliminated the FC and RF.
Cheers
Andy
