The save game issue is a new one we've never heard before. Could you take this to the "winSPMBT and WinSPWW2 and VISTA " thread please. That one has most of the discussion on this issue and keeps everying in one place so others can find it easier.
How are you running the game DL version or CD version, full screen or windowed mode ?
What version of Vista do you have and does it have the SP1 installed ?
