Dominions 4 isn't planned at the moment, but Illwinter is working on something they haven't detailed yet. Seeing as Illwinter has produced and patched games even when they didn't sell that well (Dom1), I doubt buying a copy does much.
It will allow you to try out Lanka, the evil blood/death/demons monkey nation with reanimating priests, though. And lots of other things, but anyone who plays the demo would be familiar with Kailasa, the not-evil monkey nation.
