What I have noticed in several test 'quick games' is that right 'out of the box', the standard races' AI's are programmed to manufacture drones but apparently do NOT recognize the strategy name of "Drone Attack". I have played around with the text files for awhile now trying to fix this. Will a future patch include the correct date in the standard races' AI's for drone implementation?
BTW one of the things I have tried is -- in "AI_Design_Creation" -- changing the primary strategy in Anti-Ship Drone and Anti-Planet Drone from "Drone Attack" to "Ram". Is this a possible fix? It eliminates the error Messages I get otherwise.
