He means that all his NAP's now include the agreement that when one or the other cancels the NAP you are agreeing to not attack eachother for 3 turns..
Of course.. I had that agreement with arco and he just attacked me without any warning...
so it's not worth that much when treating with scum... but Jomon did follow his 2 turn NAP cancel agreement. I'm sorry to say though that Jomon's army will probabaly suffer most next turn
and I have some other surprises for him...
