I mean a race with "neutral" happyness type.
I thought it was nice for a little useless role-playing, but... it's a nightmare!
Unless you're quick to exterminate every neighbouring race (which is something that the bloodthirtsy are supposed to do, not neutrals...), most of your planets will keep revolting since they don't like aliens, don't like treaties, don't like losing battles, don't like
winning battles, etc.
I considered taking the emotionless trait, but it's way too expensive (especially when playing with 2000 racial points).
