When an enemy off map artillery is getting for example 4 hits, what does that mean? That 4 of their pieces get out of action? That one or all of them getting Damage 4? Something else?


Also, since I don't have special radars (Greece 2008 fully patched game), what do you suggest to detect artillery that is on the map?

I use recon helis and spotter aircraft, but most of the time they don't live enough time. I am thinking of using paratroopers, but it can lead to an expensive mistake.
