Oh well, at least after looking at most recent graphs it looks as if Bogus has leeeeeft the building! Err, I mean he has left Tin na Nog's capital.
(although seriously speaking I guess you must have been hit by huge unrest and/or population loss event, or by a Vampire Count. Bogus and his merry band probably would not give up on your capital so easily.)
