And Agartha the Great heard rumors, that other nations than the van scum are in possession of sacred earth gems, mining them out of the heart of mother earth itself. We command every nations to stop this sacrilege at once and send all their earth gems to Agartha immediatley! Only vassal states as C'tis, Jotunheim and Eriu have the right to hold up to 15 earth gems!
