I was actually referring to this comment from llamabeast
"...this will be a land nation only game.."
But I figure he was talking about the parganos map having no water sites.
I was just wandering what difference it might make if one nation has easy access to plenty of provinces which other nations cannot attack. Plus it is a lot harder to defend your borders verse water nations.
It is not a big deal, this is my first MP game, as can be seen by looking at the statistics, and was just wandering how much of a difference it could make.
