I'm eastern, but I tend to stay up late.... I haven't had much time for blitzing lately though, tonight being an exception. But nobody showed up, and it's too late for me now.
Keep in mind that a 4 person blitz game can easily take 4-6 hours (small-medium map and easy research), and even then it's not usually 'done.' It's usually just obvious who's won, or else I'll leave the server up so surviving players can finish it up at a turn/day.
