Hussars - probably yes. I didn't know neg fear value still existed in Dom3.
Monks - well, they used whichever armor would be found in local armory, but this would be to complex to include... As commander I think more on a local version of Pythium Communicant...
Burner - well, sometimes Tsar's officer actually found ones (the leaders, I mean) at several burning sites in a row...
Healers. Well, if 15-20 really works, as you say. Will try out (in a base version I've only seen much higher Heal).
