Your Hyper-Density Cables need to be Custom Group 2. The req. that the RW generator lists use the custom group number. It requires 10000 KT of components from Custom Group 1, and 10000 KT from Custom Group 2. Planetary Gravity Plating is in Custom Group 1, so it can be used for the first req. Same thing for Hyper-Density Cables and Custom Group 2.
