"The only peace treaty I would be willing to accept considering current power distribution is that I would not go westward beyond that river. Any territories lying eastward are easily within the reach of my forces and I consider them mine. If you can somehow migrate westward, you can save yourself." (Westward would have involved leaving my Capital to the Atlantians)
