Arco can't do anything because I'm going after him.. he just wants the support of the rest against me should they win and take down mictlan.

and arco declaring doesn't change a thing he's just trying to flee from me which won't work in any case.
Zenzei.. his income isn't all that... his upkeep is low though..
I have same income... so the graphs say... btu I have 50% upkeep or more...
