Barrier (E4) gives 100%FR.
Calius's Robe (N2) gives 50%FR.
The Bell of Cleansing (W2) gives 50%FR. In some mods it's not an artifact.
The Fire Ward battle spell is W2E2, AOE15, and gives 100%FR.
