Default Change Bad Intelligence Chance ability working??
"9. Fixed - Abilities "Change Bad Event Chance - System" and "Change Bad Intelligence
Chance - System" were not always working."

Has anybody tested this??

In a small test I made with a facility that should give an 80% reduction of "Change Bad Intellligence Chance - system" I could not see any effect.
