Look in the first post for the updated map that we are using. Notice that it unpacks into a "Map" directory, too.
The turns are at 48 hours, and for this turn there are more than 24 hours left. You can always get that info from the stats page:

The "time remaining" row is accurate unless I restart the server by hand.
