Yeah that was a cut-and-paste error from the v4 upgrade. S**T happens when there are 14906 weapons to service in those OOB's. IDK why it happened exacly but I can guess.That one had already been reported on the "Russian weapons v4 " thread where you will find every trivial or not so trivial perceived "error" in that OOB.
If you are interested in correcting it in your OOB I would cut and paste weapon 77 (30mm 2A42 A/C ) then rename that 30mm 2A72 A/C then change the following
AP PEN 10
SABOT PEN 12
SABOT RANGE 50
and you'll be good to go.
