To be honest that global pretty much helps me
I would easily dispel it otherwise.
It does not bother summoners really as they can protect themselves or kill horrors. Forging also does not trigger horrors as that are cheap items.
But that is really bad that 5 people staled. That makes practically you and me left playing.
