Re: Where would you place Star Trek on the tech scale?
The Federation does not have every tech available; more like snippets of it, really. But the way those snippets are put together is confusing.
It's kinda like this:
The Federation knows how to destroy all races, worlds, structures, and other stellar bodies in the universe; and then some.
It just doesn't know how or want to press the button.
