I tried to put the comp req level back to 1 in components.txt but this changed nothing, don't understand why
..
Putting max level to 2 in TechArea has for effect of opening the tech for research, I hope the comp will appear, but cost is steep ...
I'm on turn 21 of my game Gandalph, even don't yet have Shield 1, so this hi tech stuff was awfully powerful, it'll take 150 turns at least before I have Shield Damage 8+ ...
