Can a seeking arrow cause afflictions? They
seem to though I don't think they should... since since the target would have zero fatigue. If they do indeed cause afflictions would the afflictions become more common or more numeruous if (hypothetically) the ritual caster had on a shroud of the battle saint with an D10 bless (400% aff chance).
