So, I've made changes to the map and specified the starting provinces. Obviously, some of them are better and some are worse but I spent more than an hour trying to make everyone happy
Here're the starting provinces numbers:
5, 121, 64, 262, 264, 18, 90, 130, 196, 243, 23, 241, 238, 151, 62, 53, 123.
I PM'ed llamabeast so hopefully the game will soon be created. You may get the map from attachment in the first post and the mods from the links.
