Refresh it. IF it does not help request resend. Sometimes it happened that I received turn file 2-3 hours after hosting, while resending worked immediately.
And it looks like those 3 nations could have lost their capitols, looking at income score:
EA Ermor
LA Atlantis
MA Pythium
And EA Lanka seems to be on nice rampaging party
