From the 1st July we will need a permanent substitute for R'lyeh in Manatee game.
EA newbie game, around 100 turns gone. R'leh's position is stable and safe but without good chances for a win. Still, there is a potential for some fun. There are water provinces to take from Nifelheim or Oceania
