Haha, it was nothing against the British, I had hoped that part would come across as tongue in cheek.
I most definitely have more ire for my own nation, and how it is being led astray - than anyone else. But that is neither here nor there, I was just poking a little fun at America's pride and patriotism, and I should have known that it never goes unchallenged, even by the innocent. <3
