Run the game with -ddd, view the battle and check the log later.
There is really no way for TO to lose that battle.
P.S. Tartarian chains suck, use some normal weapon for a cool SC like TO
P.P.S. LA Agartha is really great nation. I am really having fun with them in Kingmaker.
