ehm I mean in-game initial nation overview window - showing on the bottom the little icons of the recruitable units AND heroes AND the national summons avaible (something you can't really see easily in the "EA View" method), which you can right-click to see all your units-commanders-summons-heroes stats (and combine it with the manual's "grimorium" so you can design a proper pretender and come with a valid research strategy from the very first game) ^^...
