It seems the level_9 evocation spell called tidal wave has at least a typo bug, but probably a game bug as well.

The first typo bug: [img]/threads/images/Graemlins/Bug.gif[/img]
Spell description reads that it will kill 40% of the population however the bad event reads that 30% has died.

The second bug... typo or game bug: [img]/threads/images/Graemlins/Bug.gif[/img]
The bad event reads that all the population near the shore has died... however this spell can target even provinces without any water or fresh water.
The spell should only be harmful to coastal provinces yet any province can be targeted to suffer.
