Default Re: bug with ghost platoon in long campaign

eh guys,

i was not requesting an immediate solution. i am a sensible man, do you know, not a geek that stamps on his feet because his game does not work any longer

i was not complaining about not being proposed a fix for my problem.
i was complaining about the only proposed solution, i.e. to restart all my long compaign.

and if you think that, as a general, i was in a stalemate, yo are wrong.
i have this problem for several weeks now, and i kept to fight with my army full of holes filled in by ghost sections. the problem is now that numbering of platoons become also incorrect. but, as a general, i found a solution: buy platoons, then delete incorrectly numbered sections, then buy again new sections of the same types that next i cross-attach to get back a correct full platoon

but i fear that problems will become worse and worse
1) a single support section became a ghost section
2) all support sections put in the slots of deleted core sections become ghost sections
3) now numbering of new core sections becomes incorrect
4) in 1942, general rout at turn 1?
5) a nuclear bomb on my computer in 1943?

moreover i did restart a new long compaign, but only to test the problem of ghost sections filling gap in my core army
i did not mention this in this new topic, because with the new savegames i provided this is not the original reason
the answer is no . support sections using slots of deleted core troops do not become ghost sections...
if they are not artillery troops...
and with release 3...
and at least on my computer ;-)

i do not know what happened with my mission...

and to put a little bit of refresh air, no, i am not whining. last week i received two real tanks of the forces of valor brand. do you know these die cast models?

very good value for your bucks...
