I'd also like to propose a magic item to be called the Eyes of Utgard in honor of the massive blindness we have experienced in this game.
It will be an N1 magic set of reading glasses - consider it a helm since they require a big, dorky headband to fit on a skratti head, and thus don't work with well with other headgear.
Their magical power will be to restore vision and negate the effects of any mirror imaged foes. If I knew how to Mod I'd also add an Incinerate spell which shoots out of the glasses to toast annoying Sidhe raiders.
