Thats OK - you found a bug.
He must have set up the campaign not using the default locations, seems to have been "mountains". That is what I get now the correct block is tested with a quick edit, anyway. But the code did not check that block in the PBEM campaign. Now it does. Buglet fixed.
(I don't think I have used that location button in over 7-8 years, myself - all "plains" or all "jungle" battles, gets very boring, very quickly
!.)
For now - leave PBEM Campaigns at the
DEFAULT MAP setting, or you will not get the expected results.
