It's not such a difference that it's worth basing your whole strat around it.
If you have order 3 and/or a double bless etc it's very very normal to go for misfortune 2
PS usually if you go for a double bless you'll need an imprisoned pretender. If you have a double bless with hellheim it means you have powerfull units (very powerfull even) so there is no need to have an awake SC pretender, your expansion should be good anyway.
I think air bless isn't a very good choice for hellheim though (not played them much though) Earth and water or earth and fire are the most used combinations for hellheim blessings. (with earth 9 bless you'll have a very high protection so unless you encounter excessive archery fire you'll be fine and air 9 is just not a very good bless really
(also you already have good air magic so no need to take air for magic diversity)
now.. if you happen to encounter yomi you should be wary though dangerous critters there
