The "Poke in the Eye" ends up with things that are not even in the specials. Thats because it selects randomly from zero to the maximum number of everything. Whether the result would be called "interesting" or "insane" is kindof up to the player to decide.

IF any of the results strikes you as interesting but could stand to be changed slightly to make sense, feel free to write it up and have it added to the SemiRand program which is what is used to generate many of the specials maps.
