1) You know...You're in trouble when another player offers to trade your home system for their cloaked star destroyer.
2) You know...The war is going badly when, despite all systems producing ships, your maintenance is still going *Down*.
3) You know...You need more intel when your MEE and the last-place player keeps sabotaging you.
4) You know...Your diplomacy attempts were futile when eight players overrun your empire.
5) You know...You're definitely the last player when you just started your first sphereworld...and everyone else has finished their last.
