Cleveland, my point was not to randomly make really long NAPs.  

  In my experience, in games where true NAPs are even applicable, when you secure peace with a vanquished foe, a short NAP leads all too often to that battered player dropping the NAP at the least convenient time for you - in almost every instance.  So if you find it boring to not be kicked in the balls every time you bend over, then have at it.
