Re: Frequently Asked Questions for Newbies
I'm just starting so this thread has been a big help. At the beggining it says read the Q&A section (Which I believe I found) and the Un-Official Space Empires IV Strategy and Tactics Page. I can't find this, I scanned through this thread and if I missed something that would have led me to it forgive me.
