OffTopic, but...
Cheat Codes in this game are surprisingly different from most because the do NOT give your ships invulnurability or anything else. Those are just to not lose that god damn good game because of a single mistake. Never used them though..

Now a response to something posted by Taz:
The best way to create such an Uber-race is to do the specialized tech tree, start a new game on max tech and then save the empire. Then when added it will have full tech right on.
Correct me if im wrong.
