WAD due to game mechanics. I suppose eyes could be made unequippable on units with no eyes, but that would likely require a mechanic change. Alternatively, removing the misc slots would be an easier solution. |
It seems to be a deliberate feature considering that when you check your Precision is says: Lost an Eye: no effect or Blind: no effect. They wouldn't have a special version of Lost Eye or Blind if they didn't want it.
