This stops planes being available in pre bombardment screen.
Disapear from map & can use normally during game, minelet arty appears on map turn 3 when becomes available.
Minelet only used once but aircraft has occured every time either player has used (about 6) so will not give details unless can't replicate.
Not restricted to first battle happens in all so far

This would be interesting to have a copy to debug, at the initial deployment when you are seeing this.
- player 1 or player 2 or both sides ?
- are they support or core troops or both?
- Any particular battle type, or applies to all?
