Default Sub for LA Atlantis, Doomsday
Newly started Doomsday (turn 10) has LA Atlantis AWOL. His starting position is ok, a bit behind due to staling but hasn't been attacked. He is running a bless strat, E9 and I can't remember what else at the top of my head.

Neighbouring Pythium (me) is happy to sign a short to medium term peace deal in the interests of keeping the position viable - it would be a shame to have an AI this early or a sub walk into a war after staling for turns.
