Thanks, We are happy to announce the creation of a new branch of our military. The name of this group is I-E-T-A. This stands for Illithids for the ethical treatment of amphibians. This wing of the Rylah military will consist of star children. Their goal is the elimination of gross polluters in their labs. Too long have the surface dwellers dumped toxic wastes into the oceans. This will stop. The races that donate 100 gold to this organization will be trusted to self verify. Those who don't will be subject to sneak inspections and if found in violation of the clean waters act will be terminated with extreme prejudice. Thank you for your cooperation...
