The branches of the US military have historical copies of FMs and the like that are obsolete and therefore no longer sensitive. Some branches even have collections online. Does the ROK do this as well? |
ROK Goverment do not open to the public even Historical copies of the FMs or obsoleted FMs. They think it's very sensitive to security, so they do not open to public bia online. I can't understand these farces.
